Mission-Driven Change
At its best, Human-Centered Design represents change. A movement away from the default, or the status quo, and toward something measurably more functional, satisfying, and enriching.
My job as a creative partner is to replace ambiguity with intentionality, so that change becomes not only more comfortable, it actually transforms into a mission that everyone – regardless of individual discipline – can get behind.
This perspective comes from great mentorship, deep study of design methodology, and years of experience and innovation with global brand agencies, high-tech startups, and some of the biggest companies in the world.
Mindful design, in service to the audience, eases transitional friction, reduces confrontation, and creates the conditions for everyone to get better, and happier, with time.
